01 What we'll do

We run Meta Ads that generate consultations for Dr. Zaga.

There are two ways to turn an ad click into a consultation. We can run either one, or both.

Option A · Patient books directly
Ad→Landing page→Online calendar→Booked

The patient picks a time on the calendar. No call needed to book.

Option B · Pulse team calls the lead
Ad→Landing page→Contact form→Pulse calls→Booked

We capture name, phone and email. Your coordinators call and book the consultation.

02 Awareness levels

Not every patient is at the same point. We start with the closest.

An awareness level is how close a person is to making a decision. We work with three. The further right on the line, the closer to booking.

L1

Ready for Mexico Phase 1

Wants the procedure and trusts Mexico. Only needs a reason to choose Dr. Zaga.

L2

Considering surgery Phase 2

Wants the procedure but doubts Mexico. Needs proof that it's safe first.

L3

Unaware Phase 3

Interested in a change, hasn't considered surgery abroad. Needs the full story.

Why we start with Level 1

The full plan covers all three levels. Level 1 proves the system; Levels 2 and 3 scale it.

03 Sales angles

A sales angle is the reason we give someone to stop and listen.

Each ad leads with one angle. We test them against each other to find what moves each awareness level.

Savings40–60% less than comparable U.S. care
Equal or better qualityU.S.- and Canada-trained, board-certified
A better alternativeAn option beyond what's available at home
The tripRecovery coordinated, from airport to follow-up
The surgeonHis story, honesty and named team
Patient proofReal stories from people who made the trip
Spicy hook · challenges a belief

"Mexico isn't the risk. Choosing your surgeon by price is."

Precision hook · filters the right patient

"Already planning surgery in Mexico? Talk to a Toronto-trained surgeon first."

Seductive hook · builds curiosity

"There's a black dot on his office wall. Every patient has to find it."

04 The system map

Each level gets its own creatives and landing page.

All three paths end in the same place: a booked consultation.

05 Sample creatives

These are sample creatives from the campaign.

Each one is built for one awareness level and one sales angle.
